How often will I receive a bill?

Patient responsibility invoices are sent out either monthly or bimonthly depending on the program. We will inform you at the time of service how often you should expect to receive a bill.

What types of payment does Affinity Care Solution accept?

Funding Sources

Medicaid, Managed Care, and Medicaid Waiver

Veterans Aid

The Veterans Aid and Attendance Pension Benefit, offered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, provides financial assistance to eligible veterans and their surviving spouses who need help with daily living activities.
